On 10 December 2019, after several years of effort, the Causses and Gorges de l'Aveyron Tourist Office was awarded the Qualité Tourisme Occitanie Sud de France label.
WHAT IS THE OCCITANIE SUD DE FRANCE TOURISM QUALITY LABEL?
A certification at regional and national level, whose main objective is your satisfaction! This is the first scheme in France recognised by the State Quality Tourism mark, guaranteeing the quality of the reception and services of tourism professionals. It thus meets the same requirements as the national mark.

79% of those awarded the label have seen their quality of reception and service improve thanks to the Quality Label Tourism!
THE TOURISM QUALITY MARK IS A COMMITMENT TO :
A warm welcome; attentive staff; fluency in foreign languages; personalised services; clear and precise information; guaranteed cleanliness and comfort; discovery of a destination; taking your opinion into account; being ranked; listening to customers (handling complaints, satisfaction questionnaire, e-reputation analysis, etc.); being audited on the basis of national standards (between 250 and 600 criteria) by an external and independent firm at regular intervals (3 or 5 years) and achieving a high level of performance during this audit.); to be audited on the basis of national standards (between 250 and 600 evaluation criteria) by an external and independent firm at regular intervals (3 or 5 years) and to achieve a high level of performance during this audit carried out as a mystery customer (minimum score of 85%).
