Who are we?
The Community Tourist Office
The Causses & Gorges de l'Aveyron Tourist Office is a community tourist office covering the 17 communes that make up the QRGA community of communes.
He was born in 2017following the adoption of the NOTre law and the transfer of responsibility for tourism to the community level.
The tourist office has three information and reception desks for tourists:
- Saint Antonin Noble Val main office, 10 rue de la Pélisserie
- Caylus office, 20 rue Droite
- Laguépie Office, 2 pl Henri Granier
The administrative services are located in the offices of the Causses et Gorges de l'Aveyron Community of Communes, on the 2nd floor, 23 pl. de la mairie.

The Tourist Office Board of Directors
The Causses & Gorges de l'Aveyron Tourist Office is a public administrative service (SPA).
Il est géré en régie par la communauté de communes Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l’Aveyron, par le biais d’un conseil d’exploitation, composé de 11 membres élus et 7 socio-professionnels, dont 5 membres qui forment le bureau.
The operating council is responsible for drawing up strategic and budgetary proposals, which are then put to the vote of the Community Council. The office may be responsible for the day-to-day management of the structure.

Every year, we distribute this brochure at local tourist exchanges: Tarn & Garonne, Lot, Tarn, Aveyron... Participants can then distribute them and leave them on a self-service basis in their facilities for their customers. Our communication tools (digital and tourist guides) are fed by the database Apidae, dans laquelle chaque Office de Tourisme référence l’offre présente sur son territoire (hébergements, activités, restaurants, manifestations, commerces…). Apidae alimente ainsi chaque jour les sites internet des offices de tourisme, des départements, de la région, application touristique telle qu’Apitouretc.).
The Tourist Office team uses it:
- to provide information to visitors face to face or by e-mail,
- to publish brochures
- to fuel digital projects.

The CCQRGA's Welcome Policy and Economic Development Department will be happy to help you:
- Providing you with information (business-related administrative procedures, local market research, etc.)
- Providing guidance (finding grants, etc.)
- Support you in your prospecting activities (search for land and/or property solutions, etc.)
- Network with other local players (business clubs, institutional partners, etc.)
The Welcome Policy and Economic Development Department is also on hand to help you assess the eligibility of your project for the financial aid schemes offered by the CCRQGA (aid for business premises, etc).
Our aim is to help your company establish a long-term presence in the region.

Associations, event organisers
Tell us about your events
The collection of information is a fundamental issue for the Tourist Offices.
Apidae Events is a simplified event entry form for event organisers, town halls and associations. It is freely available to event organisers and therefore does not require them to create an account. The Office receives an email as soon as an organiser has filled in the form and this creates a record in Apidae. If everything is filled in correctly, with at least one visual, all that is left to do is to validate and your event will appear in the site's agenda the next day. (The Tourist Office reserves the right to accept or refuse events that do not fit the chosen themes)
Apidae Forms - the questionnaire that makes your updates easier
Apidae Form est destiné à faciliter la mise à jour des fiches par les prestataires. Une fois par an, l’Office vous envoie un lien vers Apidae Form qui vous donne accès à un questionnaire pré-rempli en ligne. Vous vérifiez vos informations et les modifiez si nécessaire. L’Office de Tourisme vérifie les modifications que vous avez faites et choisit de les valider après vérification ou de les enrichir.
