Near the banks of the medieval town of Saint Antonin Noble Val, to discover, along the Aveyron, this jewel of the Aveyron gorges, with, on one side, an eye on the Saint Antonin bank, and on the other, the high limestone cliffs of the gorges.
For a quiet immersion, you will also find in Laguépie, at the confluence of the Viaur and the Aveyron, something to sharpen your paddles. In Parisot, the leisure centre of the lake offers you a green break where you can (among other things...) let your board go.
